Requirements

Final requirements are confirmed with each reservation so the bay, door clearance, and access plan match your vehicle.

Space: One private 30' × 80' indoor bay per vehicle or agreed collection.
Vehicle: Motorhomes, sports cars, boats, and motorcycles that can enter a 20' × 14' door and park within the bay footprint. Confirm height, length, and slides before arrival.
Condition: Vehicles should be in operable condition and free of leaking fluids.
Access: 24/7 gated access for current customers. Gate credentials are issued after the agreement is complete.
Use: Storage only. Overnight occupancy and on-site living are not permitted.
Insurance: Customers maintain insurance on the stored vehicle.
